Jason is a seasoned and knowledgeable advisor but more importantly, someone who genuinely cares about his clients and their goals.
Jason began his career in financial services in 1997 as a disability insurance specialist with a niche Canadian insurance company. Over the next several years while serving a large and growing clientele Jason held senior management positions, building branch offices in the Hamilton and Mississauga areas.
In 2003 he earned national recognition as the company’s top Senior Manager and became partner in the organization. After a period of soul searching, Jason realized his true passion involved working closely with clients, prompting his departure in 2005 to pursue independent practice.
Jason is active in the advisory community and regularly contributes his time to the Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC) and the Financial Advisors Association of Canada (Advocis). Jason served on the Advocis Toronto Board of Directors 2007 – 2010 as Programs Director and Advocacy Chair.
